Apex Coffee

Yesterday night I went to Apex Coffee with dear, and some friends for dinner. It's near Queensbay Mall (Bayan Avenue).

The food are not so bad. I've been there the 3rd time yesterday. The previous twice, I only have drinks, and I can say, it's kind of relaxing place. Though the drinks are kind of sweet, opt for less sugar next time.

The Chicken Spaghetti is so-so, and the mushroom soup comes with 2 slices of garlic bread taste a bit too salty.

The Dragon Fruit Smoothies and Vanilla Milkshake are also not bad. But as I said previously, opt for less sugar for smoothies. The Chocolate Milkshake is not rich in chocolate. It taste more like milk.

That's the info I can give temporary as I have not tried many of the food there.

Are we Malaysians really that friendly?

When I was in my transit to LA from Bangkok, I met a guy from Afghanistan. Well, we talked we asked bout where we are from then he said he knew a few friends from Malaysia as well. He said his friends were nice, Malaysians are very nice. Then I said: 'So you think Malaysians are friendly?' 'Ya, how did you know?' 'Well, because I have heard people talking about it.' But how come me, as a Malaysian did not feel the same? I think I know why. Let me tell you. Did you notice that whenever we queue up at any counter to pay out items (food, groceries, anything) have we ever hear the cashier said 'Hello, how are you?'. We could hardly get any smile too.
